AGILE PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Agile Project Management is a two-day immersion in the values and practices of "agile" design and development as practiced in the Menlo Software Factory™. Using the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) as a guide this class will explore writing story cards, estimating with your team, interactive planning, creating work orders and assigning work, and communicating project status.
