INTRO TO THE MENLO WAYTM
Come experience "agile" methodologies as practiced The Menlo WayTM; both joyful and disciplined. This day-long session includes a discussion of iterative and incremental development, estimation, planning game, and work authorization as described in "Extreme Programming Explained" by Kent Beck and the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK). Hands on exercises and take-away materials enable attendees to begin practicing these new processes in their own work environment.
