MENLO HIRES SOFTWARE FACTORY FLOOR MANAGER -- Menlo Innovations L.L.C. of Ann Arbor has hired Lisamarie Babik as software factory floor manager for the Menlo Software Factory. It's a new position for the Ann Arbor development shop, which both develops software for clients using a unique team approach and offers workshops to other development organizations interested in adopting a similar approach. Babik has nearly 10 years of experience in software, including documentation, training and project management. Most recently, she was the Director of Development Programs at DataNet Quality Systems in Southfield. While at DataNet, she managed all facets of software development programs, including budgeting, monthly reporting, staff evaluation, career path evaluation and product release scheduling.
